ZeroVector is an addictive retro arcade vertical shoot 'em up game that provides an endless challenge for players. Take control of your spaceship and navigate through waves of enemy ships, testing your skills and aiming for high scores. The game features four unique bosses, each with their own distinct firing patterns and strategies that require careful planning and quick reflexes to overcome.
As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to collect and utilize various power-ups such as shields, EMPs, bombs, and weapon upgrades. These items offer additional advantages in the gameplay, with some stacking effects when collected consecutively. For instance, acquiring two shields in a row grants you an even more powerful deflector, while successive EMP pickups extend their duration.
One of the standout features of ZeroVector is the special REVERSAL ability. This ability charges every 20 seconds, allowing you to tap the screen or perform a double tap with a second finger to activate it. When triggered, all enemy bullets are converted into seeking missiles, enabling you to evade seemingly impossible situations and achieve epic clears.
In addition to its engaging single-player mode, the 0.2 update introduces a multiplayer Conquest mode that adds a new layer of excitement. Players can now compete against others as part of three factions (red, blue, and purple) on a global hexagonal map. The objective is to capture and control various sectors by achieving high scores. Collaboration among faction members is crucial for seizing territory and defending captured sectors, as scores decay over time. Working together to capture adjacent sectors also enhances the overall protection of your holdings. This innovative multidimensional leaderboard system provides players with a truly unique and competitive gaming experience.
